Privacy Policy
We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.
In this Privacy Policy, 'us' 'we' or 'our' means Animal Imaging Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 613 300 173). UK Data Addendum (DUAA 2025/2026)
For users accessing the platform via our UK university partners, this section applies in addition to our general policy. Animal Imaging complies with the UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA).
- Lawful Basis: We process student data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide you with the training platform access agreed upon with your University) and our Legitimate Interests (to manage student enrolments and maintain platform security).
- International Data Transfers: Animal Imaging is an Australian company. Student data is transferred to and stored on secure servers located in Sydney, Australia. To ensure your data is protected to the same standard as the UK GDPR, we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA). We have conducted a Data Protection Test (as required by the DUAA 2026) to ensure Australian data protection laws provide a level of protection that is not materially lower than that of the UK.
- Your Rights: In addition to general rights of access, UK users have the right to erasure and rectification. In accordance with 2026 legislation, we fulfill data access requests based on reasonable and proportionate searches.
